RETURNS AND SHIPPING
All items labeled -FINAL SALE- are not refundable nor exchangeable.
If you need to send something back, just make sure it’s in re-sellable condition with the original packaging and the packing slip included.
We’ll process your refund once the return makes it back to us. Depending on where you're located, that can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. We highly recommend using tracked shipping—if your package gets lost and has tracking, we’ll still issue a refund after it’s been in transit for 30 days (or 60 days for international orders outside Canada).
If your order is lost or damaged, it’s your responsibility to reach out to us. Once a package is marked as delivered, it’s also up to you to collect it in a timely and safe way. At the end of the day we're a small business and we’ll always try to help where we can, but we can’t cover the cost of every lost package.
If your package comes back to us because of a mistake on the shipping info—like a wrong address, missed import fees, or not updating your address for a pre-order—there may be extra shipping fees to send it back out.
By ordering from Vanishing Vendor, you agree to cover any import fees, taxes, or duties required by your country. We're based in the U.S., so international orders might get hit with customs charges. If your package is returned to us for unpaid fees or incorrect address info, we won’t be able to refund the shipping cost. Want it re-shipped? No problem—you'll just need to cover the extra shipping.
